We have just been told that after spending all day negotiating with the INFO, Grupo Caliche is awaiting to receipt a document to be issued by the referred agency between this Friday and next Monday.

If so, Grupo Caliche will be the new owner of Castelar College.

At the time the purchase will be approved, Grupo Caliche will convene all parents to an informational meeting.
